You’ve probably learned a bit about me if you’ve read any of my books, but here’s some more info for those of you who really like to get to know your authors. I’m a Midwesterner, and after studying literature, foreign languages, and writing in college, I married my high school sweetheart and went on to law school. I practiced civil litigation full time for several years before accepting that my passion is for fiction, not legal briefs. I have four young daughters and I love that our house is constantly filled with chaos and laughter. I’ve been writing novels for a little over a decade, but if you’ve never heard of Liza Malloy until now, that’s because I’ve just launched this site in honor of my new pen name.

 

I write single title contemporary romance, new adult romance, women's fiction, and fantasy romance. I'm a sucker for bad boys, dimples, and muscles. I adore forbidden romances and love triangles. I can’t resist a man in uniform but on occasion, I’ll still swoon over a guy in a well-fitting suit. Creating worlds where my heroine can discover her own strength and find her happily ever after with her hunky Mr. Right keeps me happily entertained. When I'm not writing or reading, I'm probably planning a vacation I can’t afford, training for a marathon, or pairing gummy bears with wine. In any remaining free time, I still work as an attorney.
